During morning observations, the client communicated his emotions in an appropriate manner while playing bingo with his peers. During midday observations, the client exhibited difficulty following directives within two prompts while outside on the playground. During afternoon observations, the client exhibited difficulty with positive peer interaction when interacting with his peers during lunch. QMHP greeted the client upon arrival to the summer program setting. During morning observations, QMHP provided the client with verbal praise and encouraged him to continue communicating his emotions in an appropriate manner. During midday observations, QMHP redirected the client and reiterated the importance of following directives within two prompts. During afternoon observations, QMHP redirected the client and reiterated the importance of positive peer interaction when interacting with his peers. The client responded well towards summer program session as evidenced by positive feedback and participation. During morning observations, the client agreed to continue communicating his emotions in an appropriate manner while playing bingo with his peers. During midday observations, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to follow directives within two prompts while outside on the playground. During afternoon observations, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to utilized positive peer interaction when interacting with his peers during lunch.
